The Pillar of Stewardship

I. Our Covenant of Transparency

A just balance and scales are Adonai’s; all the weights in the bag are his work.Proverbs 16:11.

We believe that the distribution of wisdom should be handled with the same integrity as its writing. Our logistics system is designed to protect our valued clients from the hidden burdens of international commerce. We have eliminated “International Shipping Bloat” and “Customs Duty” by establishing a local-first printing network.

II. The Local-First Workflow

When you transact with the Order of Divine, our automation system performs a “Geographic Handshake”:

  • For our South African Community: Orders are routed directly to our dedicated artisan printer.

  • For our International Community: Orders are routed to professional local printing hubs we have partnered with, in your specific region (UK, USA, EU, etc.).

By printing the book in your own region, we bypass international customs, reduce the cost footprint of transport, and ensure that the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with the exception of your local delivery cost.

III. The Shabbat Observance

In accordance with the Fourth Commandment, Exodus 20:8-10, our automated systems observe a period of rest, thereby allowing our whole operation to observe this specific requirement of rest as instructed by Adonai Elohim.

  • The Rest Period: From sunset on Friday until sunset on Saturday (Jerusalem Time).

  • What this means for you: You may still place orders on our website; however, our “digital employees” will pause all fulfilment and other related works during these holy hours. All Sabbath orders are held in a “Sabbath Peace” queue and are processed with priority immediately after Havdalah.

IV. The Digital Ledger (CRM)

Every Valued Client and Student’s journey is recorded in our secure digital chronicles. This ensures that your purchase history, course access, and engagement with Order of Divine are kept with perfect accuracy, allowing us to serve you better as you grow in knowledge.

FAQ: Logistics & Stewardship

How is it possible that there are no international shipping or customs charges? We have designed a “Local-First” distribution network. When you place an order, our system identifies your geographic location and automatically routes the order to the professional printing partner nearest to you. Because the book is produced within your own region or trade zone, it does not cross international borders after being printed, thus eliminating the bloat of international freight and the burden of customs duties.

Non “Local First” effect on International Shipping? In areas specifically within the African Continent there are no partnerships that we are aware of within selected countries, which prevents us from extending the “Local First” initiative. We therefore will have no other choice but to apply the regular shipping fees, and you will be charged your Country specific Customs duties. We are in some instances provided with suitable Partnership proposals for printing facilitation for such Countries which, after evaluation, we incorporate to extend our “Local First” initiative.

How long will it take for my book to arrive? By printing locally, we significantly reduce transit times. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Because the book does not have to clear international customs, you can expect a domestic delivery experience regardless of where you are in the world.

Is the quality consistent across different global printers? Yes. Every printing partner in our network is required to meet the strict technical specifications of our “Order of Divine” master files. We use standardised PDF/X-1a formats to ensure that the paper quality, ink density, and binding integrity are consistent, whether your book is printed in South Africa, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Why do you use this automated system instead of traditional shipping? Adonai Elohim is a God of order, and we believe in being good stewards of both time and resources. Traditional international shipping is often wasteful, expensive, and prone to delays. Our automation infrastructure ensures that your “portion” is delivered with the highest efficiency and the lowest cost to you.
